I accept PayPal only at this time. Payment is expected immediately after purchase, but at the very least, within 3 days of purchase.

For refunds due to damaged items, contact me as soon as possible upon receipt of the item.

If your pet destroys the toy I made within 30 days of purchase, send me a convo with photos, and I will see what can be done, either as a refund or a replacement toy. This is only applicable if your pet is a ferret, cat, or small dog. I will not refund purchases for toys given to animals with huge mouths, as their teeth can very easily rip fabric.
