Payment
~::~I accept payment of cash, credit, or check via Pay Pal.
If buyer pays by echeck via Pay Pal, items will not be shipped until the check itself has cleared.~::~

~::~Payment must be sent within 2 days. If payment isn't made within the time limit, I will contact Etsy and the item will be relisted.~::~
Shipping
~::~I am a one woman shop so I am very busy thanks to my fabulous customers and my own family. I try to ship out hair accessories within 3-5 days after payment. If you need something sooner, please contact me first. The bigger your order, the longer it will take me to make.

I ship all items USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Once an order is shipped it normally takes (3-5 business days to receive it.)~::~
~::~If you need something shipped faster I do offer Priority Shipping for an extra charge. Contact me before you make your purchase to make sure if I can accommodate you for a quicker shipment on your order.~::~

~::~All of my items are shipped in bubble mailers to avoid damage. My items are all sent in a cute boutique bag ready for gift giving!~::~

~::~INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I only ship international orders 1-2 times a week. I have no way of tracking your order outside the US, I apologize if this may cause any inconvenience!~::~
Refunds and Exchanges
~::~Cherry Blossoms is not responsible for damaged or lost items due to the postal service.. I take great pride in my work and can assure you that your item leaves my hands in a pristine condition. I do offer insurance on all items but that is up to you if you would like to add it or not. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me so I can adjust your invoice.~::~

~::~Returns are only given if I grossly misrepresent the item. Refund will be the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Item must be sent back to me in order to receive your refund.~::~
