You are purchasing from a pet and smoke free home. Each item is made and designed in my home studio using high quality materials and non toxic inks. Some variations may occur because I do everything by hand.
Payment
PAYMENT DEADLINES
Payment is expected within 24hrs of purchase. Payment not received within the time line will result in the cancellation of the transaction.
METHODS
I accept payment via PayPal, Google Checkout and ProPay.
If you would like to pay via ProPay please leave a message in the sellers box at checkout. I will get in touch with you asap to setup payment.
TAXES
A sales tax of 7% is charged to all Florida residents upon checkout.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Items ship within one (1) day of cleared payment via USPS First Class Mail. I ship every day of the week.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items ship within one (1) day of cleared payment via USPS First Class International.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.
UPGRADES
Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available for all orders. Please contact me for a revised invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL ITEMS
Whether you are requesting a refund or return items must be returned to me in the condition you received them in within ten (10) days of reception.
Earrings are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS FEES
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. You will have the option to receive a full refund or I will replace the item(s).
NON-DAMAGED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.
LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down.
Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome. A 50% deposit is required to begin custom work with the remaining balance due upon completion. Pictures of the proposed design will be sent for approval before any work starts. Once approval has been given I will create your design. Custom orders can take up to a week to ship depending on your order. No refunds on custom orders.
