I am a self taught, beaded jewelry designer and have been creating my own designs for almost 3 years now!
I create jewelry in a spare bedroom studio in my bungalow, part time. I work full time in an art museum and am continually inspired by the artwork in the collection.
I enjoy representing different artisan's handmade beads in my designs. Some that I like use regularly are Green Girl Studios, lampwork glass from many different artists such as Kelleys Beads, The Orange Bell, Blue Seraphim, Gardanne Beads, and Sue Beads *just to name a few*, ceramic beads and pendants from Earthenwood Studio, Gaea, NPK Beads, MaCarroll, and many more.
Each piece of jewelry is a collaboration of sorts!
I enjoy creating whimsical art jewelry with a wearable quality, fun and funky but functional. ha! I just made that up.
