I make all of my handmade items in a smoke-free, pet-free studio.
I accept Pay Pal in U.S. Dollars. Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped after I receive payment confirmation. If you change your mind before you pay, please let me know so I am able to cancel the transaction.
I ship via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I will provide a delivery confirmation number so you can track your package during shipment. Larger orders will be insured for your protection. At this time, I only ship via First Class.
I will ship to your Pay Pal address, unless you specify another address at the time of purchase. Make sure your name and address are correct. If you list your name and address incorrectly, I am not responsible for shipping to the wrong address.
Ready to send items will be shipped within 3 business days of your payment confirmation (except for holidays.) Custom items will take longer, as these are made to order, and the delivery date will be determined on an individual basis.
PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax. This will be calculated via Paypal and added to your total.

Non-custom orders may be canceled if you contact me before the item is shipped.
Custom orders can be canceled if you contact me immediately, before your items are created. If you think you might change your mind, this is the best time to do it!

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it in its original condition, as it was shipped, for an exchange or refund. You must contact me prior to returning the item within 5 business days of receiving your shipment, with your reason for return. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. You must insure the item and provide me with a tracking number.
I am not responsible for items which are damaged or lost while being shipped. I cannot give refunds for items damaged by the recipient.
Bridal and custom items cannot be returned.
ABOUT HAND BEADED ITEMS:
Though all efforts are made to ensure that items are made with the highest quality, items which are designed to go together, such as earrings, or jewelry sets, WILL have individual differences due to differences in individual bead sizes and variations in thread tension.
I try to make earrings as uniform in size as I can. However, even the best brands of seed beads cannot guarantee perfect consistency in size, and these very, very tiny differences can add up to slight, but sometimes noticeable, differences in finished pieces.
Perfect symmetry is NOT guaranteed.
