Most necklaces at Sharma Designs are one of a kind. The earrings are not always one of a kind but I don't usually make many of the same design unless they are in high demand. I use sterling silver and 14k gold filled in my designs unless otherwise noted. The materials used will be clearly listed including the bead and gem materials.

I try to make you feel as though you are shopping in person by taking good pictures but please contact me should you have any questions. The dimensions are also listed so please read carefully so you won't be surprised. Items in the picture may look larger than they are in real life.

If you see something you like in the sold section please feel free to ask about availability. I like to keep necklaces one of a kind (with a few exceptions) but I can usually make something similar if I have the supplies on hand.

**Payment**

I accept paypal. If an instant paypal payment is made then the item will ship asap. If an e-check paypal payment is made then I will wait until the check has cleared to ship.

CA residents will be charged 9.25% tax.

**Shipping**

I ship within 48 business hours and usually sooner. If you need the order to ship out the same day please indicate it on the order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Your jewelry will be nestled in a pretty box ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself. You deserve it!

--US Customers

I use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for US customers. I know it costs a few more bucks than first class but in my experience it is worth it. Please contact me if your package has not arrived so we can try to track it down.

When the item ships you will receive an email from paypal with a tracking number. If you do not receive the email just contact me and I will send it to you.

If you purchase more than 1 piece of jewelry via priority mail there are no additional shipping charges. I will fit them all in the same shipment.

To save on shipping for my customers the jewelry is nestled in as few jewelry boxes as possible to cut down on weight. If you need one jewelry box for each item purchased please let me know in the notes to seller and be advised that there may be an additional shipping charge.

I do have first class shipping set up as an option for US customers so if you would like to save a little money or just want a pair of earrings let me know and I will change the shipping. The first class rates are $2.50 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item.

If you would like something to be overnighted please convo me to see if this is possible. In most cases I can get it done for you for additional shipping charges.

--International Customers:

I ship USPS first class for international customers. If you would like priority please let me know and I can invoice you for additional charges.

Unfortunately, the USPS only provides tracking numbers for the more expensive of the international shipping options so I can only let you know when the order ships. Please allow a few weeks for delivery.

**Refunds and Exchanges**

Please contact me before leaving negative feedback if you are not satisfied so we can work things out.

I want you to love your new piece of jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please convo me right away (within 10 days) so we can remedy the situation.

If a return is requested the buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping. I suggest that you send it via trackable mail as I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.

**Newsletter**

You can sign up for the Sharma Designs newsletter on the right side of the shop. The newsletter goes out about once a month and announces exclusive sales and discounts.
