Payment

I accept PayPal payments so that means all major credit cards. California residents must pay 9.25% tax on all orders. Sorry about the tax hike... talk to Schwarzenegger.

Shipping

I ship almost everything PRIORITY with delivery confirmation (USA orders only) and carefully pack everything in pretty little boxes with silver ribbon and colorful tissue paper. You should get your jewelry within 2 to 4 business days, sometimes quicker (if you are in the USA). I have no control over the time it takes to ship overseas but I do live across the street from a post office where everyone knows me by name so rest assured that I do my best to get the packages to you as quickly as humanly possible. If you pay with an e-check on PayPal I have to wait until the check clears before I can ship so please keep that in mind as well. Customers in countries other than the United States are responsible for any customs costs incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your piece I will gladly exchange it for another piece of the same price....but I'm pretty darn sure you will love it! (if for some reason you are not happy any exchange must be within 7 days and pieces must be returned undamaged in the same packaging and customer is responsible for return shipping.)

If you want a custom order just send me a message and I will work one on one with you to create a special piece. I have lots of colors and designs available. I do custom orders on a regular basis. You can get more ideas and see lots more of the work I have done on my website surlyramics.com. Custom orders take about two weeks. All the Surly pieces listed on artfire are ready to go out in the mail as soon as I get the order.
