Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or credit (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. All items being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice. Items that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the item from being resold at its original price will not be accepted. Custom Pieces are "Made Upon Order" and may not be returned. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. For custom orders an agreed upon date will be determined prior to shipment of the item. We request that you email us upon receipt of shipment. Shipping Costs: Shipping and packaging costs charged are calculated based on a percentage value of your purchase, weight and delivery location.
