I am a special ed teacher with a penchant for animal rescue. I sponsor a Jr. Humane Society club at the school where I teach, and my dogs each have a "role" at the school. My chihuahua, Leonardo, has an advice television show, my pom has a book club, the pugs represent the "Polite Pug Patrol" and reward well mannered kids, and my chi Esmarelda sponsers a Fitness club! They go a long way in teaching compassion to the students. My button sales enable me to sustain my own menagerie of rescued dogs and cats! i also regularly donate to various animal rescue/veg groups.
