I accept most major credit cards, paypal, *e-cheques and **personal cheques.

*Please note E-cheques can take up to a week sometimes more

SHIPPING

All shipping is through Royal Mail.

I aim to get orders shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours (On working days)

If your item is returned via Royal mail as unclaimed, I will contact you to arrange for the item to be re- delivered.



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please email me in the first instance to resolve the issues. Full refunds are given upon receipt of returned goods. Goods must be returned in original condition.
