SIZE EXCHANGE:

If the item you bought is not the right size for you, just send it back to me and I will resize it for you and ship for no charge. For rings please e-mail me or call me for your size after you placed an order.

30 DAY WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE:

If an item you have purchased from me breaks within 30 days of purchase due to workmanship, I will repair or replace your item free of charge. Simply contact me for return instructions.



GUARANTEE COVERS:

1.Fraying of thread or knot and/or resulting bead loss

2.Jump ring replacement or re-attachment

*Guarantee does not cover damage that did not occur as a result of the workmanship.


RETURNS:

There will be 7 day return policies with full refund.

REFUND:

1.Item was damaged by postal service.

2.Returned to seller UNDELIVERED to buyer.

3.Buyer does not want replacement.
