Payment I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks must wait 7 days to clear before shipping.

I prefer to have payment within 48 hours - if you have a special circumstance, please email or convo me to discuss and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

I package my items well and cannot be responsible for anything that is damaged or lost in the mail. To protect your purchase I recommend adding insurance to your shipment, and would be happy to get the rate for you before shipping. I have not had any shipping problems or issues and don't anticipate any :)

Shipping I ship all items USPS priority mail with confirmation to orders within the United States.

For orders outside the United States, I ship First Class USPS/International. Please allow extra time for reciept of International shipments as they have quite a bit of traveling time.

International orders are subject to additional fees and customs that might not be disclosed in the item details. I will contact you if any other fees arise before I ship your item out to you.

If you must, must, must have an item expedited, feel free to convo me when you make your purchase and we'll come up with something!

I will send you an order confirmation email and I try to ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges Of course your happiness is important to me and I make every effort to describe an item as accurately as possible. I truly want you to love your purchase and will accept a return if you are not satisified. To faciliate a return you must contact me within 15 days of the order date and I will try to recitfy the situation. Exchanges are also welcome.

Colors shown in item details vary depending on your computer monitor, so if you are unsure, please convo me before you make your purchase. And please remember, these items take a lot of time (and love!) to make and some may have slight imperfections which only add to the beauty of something crafted by hand.
