Handcrafted by me

All items for sale at ebb and flo are handcrafted by me in a non-smoking environment. I use a variety of materials including beach glass, vintage beads and repurposed jewelry components. I use silver plate components, including wire, and will indicate where sterling silver is used. Sterling silver or gold fill earwires are available at extra charge.



Buying Stuff You Want (yes, you know you want it)

I accept payment thru PayPal only (unless it is a local sale and I know you personally!). Please note that I accept credit cards thru PayPal so you don't need to sign up for an account in order to buy from ebb and flo. Please note that PST will be added to purchases from BC.

Payment must be received within 3 days or the item will be relisted and you forfeit the right to buy.



Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared in my PayPal account. I will send an email once items have been mailed. Your purchase will arrive securely packaged, for jewelry items this will usually mean in a card jewelry box.



Shipping varies with destination and will use the most cost effective method through CanadaPost. Please note, this does not include shipment tracking and I therefore cannot be held liable for parcels lost in the mail if shipped this way. Delivery confirmation and tracking is available as an add on fee at the request of the buyer. Please request this service at checkout and wait for a revised PayPal invoice from me before paying.



Approximate shipping times in business days are shown in the listing and below. Express shipping with tracking is available at your request at extra cost - please contact me for details.





Approximate delivery times (according to Canada Post)



Domestic i.e. North America

2-12 days delivery Canada, US 6-12 days



International 6-12 days delivery



Express shipping (3-5 days in North America, 4-7 days international) is available for an additional fee (calculated on an individual basis per shipment). Please state this when ordering and wait for an adjusted invoice. Items will not be shipped until payment is made in full.



Shipping multiple items

Shipping can be combined - please see individual listings for details. Shipping will be at the rate quoted for the most expensive or heaviest item.

Shipping is free for multiple purchases over $50.



Customs Duties and Fees

Please be aware of customs duties and brokerage fees in effect for international orders into your country of residence. Please be advised that paying these is the responsibility of the buyer. I will not refund these fees to you.



Custom Orders

Please contact me for further details. Once a custom order is accepted full payment or a percentage of it is required for the work to proceed. I will invoice you thru PayPal.



Refund Policy

I would really like you to be happy with your purchase from ebb and flo. If an item arrives broken or damaged please let me know within 48 hours so I can provide a replacement, repair or full refund, including return shipping.

If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt. At my discretion, refund of your purchase price may be possible provided the item is returned in the condition it was shipped out. Please ensure appropriate packaging and mailing including tracking and insurance to return the item or I will not be held liable for goods not arriving. Please notify me and provide tracking information when the item is shipped. Your purchase price minus shipping and handling (5% restocking fee) will be refunded on receipt.
