Payment
Payment is expected within THREE (3) days from item purchase if using Paypal, and 10 days if sending a money order.
I accept Paypal, RME, and Money Orders for payment.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I am delighted to take and do custom orders! I do require 20% paid upfront before I buy needed supplies or start work on the physical product. I do work with you each step of the way to make sure the end product is what you had in mind, I want my customers 110% satisfied!
LAYAWAY/HOLD: Want to purchase now and pay later? Contact me for details, I am usually willing to wait up to 2 weeks for payment if you arrange before purchase.
Shipping
United States - I ship USPS 1st Class regular mail for shipping that totals less then $5.00, over $5.00 ships via Priority Mail. Or if your order totals over $50, I automatically upgrade your shipping to Priority.
Canada - USPS 1st Class International
INTERNATIONAL - USPS Airmail. I charge a starting price of $6 for everywhere outside of the USA and Canada, if actual shipping cost is more then $1 less I will refund you the difference. So for example, it ends up costing me $4 to ship, you paid $6, I take $1 for handling and refund you $1.
I ship in nice padded envelopes with nice jewelry boxes inside and tissue paper to protect your jewelry!
CUSTOMS FEES: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. I declare actual value for all packages on the custom forms.
WHEN DO I SHIP: I usually ship within (2) business days from day of purchase. Often I ship the next day, however with an 19 month old baby that doesn't always happen! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail me ASAP to work out the problem. I accept returns for store credit on all items within 10 days after package POSTMARK date. If it is defective I will refund shipping costs, otherwise please expect to pay for initial shipping, and return shipping.
~~ About My Quality & Materials ~~
I try to clearly state in each listing the exact materials and metals used, I most use sterling silver, gold filled and copper. However I do also use come lead free pewter items. I will ALWAYS state this clearly in the listing. I use the highest quality beading wire and carefully test all pieces when finished.
~~ About My Lampwork Beads ~~
★ HANDMADE: All of my lampwork beads are handmade by me in my home studio!
★ MATERIALS: My beads are created using Moretti/Effetre, Vetrofond, and Lauscha glass.
★ SATISFACTION: I guarantee you will be satisfied with my beads, full refunds given if you contact me within 7 days of receiving the beads!
★ QUALITY: Each is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and cleaned when finished!
