I have been crafting all my life, and selling some of those crafts for about 36yrs. I am a RN who has always held an interest in holistic and herbal remedies. My whole life I have maintained some type of garden and have continually researched different methods to utilize my harvests. I truly enjoy experimenting with natures ingredients and ultimately creating recipes that benefit the mind, as well as the body.

While I have been jewelry making and crafting since I was a kid, I have only been making bath & body products, with help from my garden, for about 12 years now. I use all therapeutic-grade, organic, food-grade (when available) ingredients. Each ingredient, even the rarely used fragrance oils, are entirely natural, botanical or vegetable, and from renewable sources. I do not use chemicals, artificial preservatives, petroleum or oil refinery products. I do, however, grow (organically) almost all of the herbs and flowers that are used in my recipes, and what I don't grow myself, I snag from my friends' gardens (also organic growers)!

I am very proud to offer these recipes, ones that I have created from scratch, knowing that they are as good for the environment as they are for you!

When I am not baking for Unique Treat Dog Bones, making jewelry or crafts for uniqueXpression, or experimenting with new recipes for Unique Garden essences, I like to come up with creative ways to package and present my products. To this end, I often hand-paint gift-boxes and put together some interesting and unique gift containers.
