Unless otherwise noted, I will ship throughout the USA for the price listed, via first class USPS. If you live outside the USA, please contact me for shipping costs. Some oils are not permitted to be imported and some are not permitted to be sent via first class mail, so the regulations will need to be confirmed for your area.

I gladly accept custom orders in a variety of price ranges. I do require a deposit for such orders. Contact me for more information. Please note that a fragrance choice is not considered custom work, and does not require a deposit.

Due to the personal nature of my products, I do not generally offer refunds. That being said, I do want you to be happy with your purchase. I have only had one scent complaint in eleven years, and no quality issues, so I fully believe that you will be happy with your purchase. Should you not be, please contact me and I will see what can be done to rectify the situation.
