Meet the Maker: Salvagenation
I'm known as the salvage rat around my house. I always seem to be one truckload away from completely filling up my workshop. I enjoy vintage items and love to see them used by artisans to create modern pieces.
I've been in the antiquities and collectibles business for 20 years. I live on a farm, raise cattle, recently retired from 25 years as an educator and stay busy with all sorts of projects.
I laugh out loud, never giggle, pure laughter.
If I don't have it in the shop, just ask me to find it for you.
I try to sell as close to wholesale as I can so the artist can create freely.
I'm also a seamstress and do embroidery work.
You'll find a few handmade things from me every once in a while. I'm the neighborhood market tote queen.
