Payment
I prefer PayPal for payment, but will also accept Money orders. Money orders should be made out to Betty J Beck.

Shipping
I will only ship by methods that provide insurance and tracking capability. US priority mail, UPS, and FedEx may all be used. Shipping quoted in listings is for US priority mail or UPS ground shipments. If you need faster shipping, contact me at simplyuniquejewelr@bellsouth.net to arrange for this

Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me by email: simplyuniquejewelr@bellsouth.net; or by phone: 5617531194 to arrange for a return authorization. You may return it to me by insured, trackable shipping, in its original condition, within 10 days of authorization. You pay the cost of the return shipping. I will refund your money upon receipt of the undamaged merchandise. Your refund will be issued in the same manner the payment was made, credit thru Paypal, or money order. Since each piece is an original, I can not handle exchanges, as there are no duplicates

Custom Work
I will consider custom orders, although due to the amount of time necessary to create them you must allow at least two weeks. I will request payment of 50% up front, with the remainder due when item is ready to ship. Please contact me at simplyuniquejewelr@bellsouth.net

Repairs
I strive for the best possible materials and construction to be used in each piece. I want you to be satisfied. If you should have problems with your piece, please contact me for possible repair. If I have the materials available, I will attempt to return your piece to its original condition.
