Studio Policies for GAJLSBEADSNSUCH
GAJLSBEADSNSUCH is a small home based jewlery business. All items are handmade, of course, and can be either bought as listed, or custom ordered.
Items purchased from my shop require payment within seven business days once the item has been selected for sale. If payment has not been received within this period of time the item will automatically be relisted. If you still wish to purchase the item after the seven days have expired and the items has been relisted, you will need to select the item for purchase again as if it were a new sale. Once payment is received, your item will be shipped immediately.
Most items purchased within the United States will be delivered within 7-10 business days after payment is received unless other shipping arrangements are made. Custom orders will require up to two more weeks for delivery depending on the item as well as demand.
Shipping profiles have been put into place for the U.S. and International shipping will be calculated on an individual basis. There will be an additional or secondary charge with orders that include more than one item.
In most cases UPS will be the delivery service used. If not, an alternate delivery service will be determined.
There is a 30 day return policy which results in a full refund. The same policies apply to custom designs/creations. The 30 day return policy is affective once payment has been made and the item has been delivered.
If an item is no longer listed in the GAJLSBEADSNSUCH studio and you are interested in it, simply contact me at my email address (gajlsbeadsnsuch@yahoo.com) and let me know the name of the item so it can be custom made for you.
