PAYMENT: Payment should be made in full within 7 days, unless LAYAWAY plans are made with the seller. PLEASE be sure your shipping address is listed correctly.
SHIPPING: Shipping by USPS Priority and First Class Parcel rate depending upon individual item; Express or Priority upgrade upon request. Larger total orders or canvas products may ship by UPS rate. Orders shipped well packaged within one to no later than 12 days in most cases, generally sooner than later; becase Holidays may delay shipment. You will be notified if, for some reason, packing/shipping time will be longer. If payment is by personal check, e-check, layaway or money order, your package cannot be shipped until payment in full has cleared my bank; usually no more than an additional three to five days.
INTERNATIONAL: Please contact for International S&H cost if no shipping is shown in listing. PayPal is required for international transactions in USD. Specific restrictions may prohibit shipment of certain materials to some countries.
GIFT SHIPPING: Please contact. I will, upon request, ship your purchase to another address you provide for gift giving.

If something is damaged during shipping I want to know so I can make it right and improve service in the future. Refunds of purchase price, less return shipping and handling fees, are subject to the following conditions: Purchase must be returned with all paperwork and in original condition (excluding shipping damage situations) within no later than 15 days of delivery post. Buyer is responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches me. I am not responsible if the return merchandise gets lost or damaged in return shipment.
