Shipping Information
We ship all over the world, generally via first class mail, and WILL REFUND EXCESS SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES. If you have questions on any of the products you see, or a question about shipping email us at info@AlteredEverything.com

International shipments can take anywhere from 4 days to 6 weeks, but feel free to chat with us if you're getting antsy about your treasures...we understand you're anxious to get them.

Most US shipments are done via Paypal's shipping service, so there will be a delivery confirmation number... we just can't guarantee the USPS will actually scan them like they're supposed to!

We're pretty easy to get along with, we are just as distressed as you when a package doesn't show up. If the PO loses one of those packages, we'll cry along with you, and do our best to help you locate it....but, if the tracking information says it was delivered, we can't replace it.

If you absolutely want to guarantee delivery, we strongly suggest you ask us to insure your package....that costs $1.75 extra.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, and ask questions before you buy, because generally, once you make your purchase, you own it....unless of course we did something wrong, then we'll grovel in mortification, and fix it immediately.

Exchanges? Sure, no problem.

We try to explain, in our descriptions, the sizes of things, the colors, and anything else that will give you a good idea of what the product looks like, and we generally post lots of photographs so you know what you're getting....BUT.....if for some reason you decide, after you receive your package, that you really have to have the blue one instead of the red one, we'll exchange it for you....however, you will need to pay the postage to send the red one back, and for the blue one to come to you.

So, like we said, choose carefully and you won't be disappointed.

Other Policies
If you have a problem with anything you buy from us, please let us know, and we'll do our best to fix it to your satisfaction...as long as you're being reasonable...

We will not, for instance, buy you a Mercedes to make up for your package getting squashed in transit, but apart from that, we'll do our best to make it right.You can email to info@AlteredEverything.com
