International buyers welcome! I ship International First Class Mail. I ship through the USPS as well as UPS, however I will render other shipping upon request.

I currently ship on Saturday and one day during the week. I strive to post each order within 72 hours, however in the busy fall/ winter weeks, shipments may take up to 10 days to post depending on the influx of orders. If you are in a dire rush, please contact me and I will make whatever arrangements possible to expedite your order.

*Returns
Returns and or exchanges are on a case by case basis within 14 days when the item is unused. I am unable to refund shipping.

For orders of organic dog treats, please note that I take every precaution to ensure that your order is packaged to arrive in tip top condition. However, in the rare case that the USPS decides to play soccer with your package and your order arrives with broken treats, I will gladly refund you a portion of your sale. Again, just convo me. It is also recommended that if you are expecting an organic dog treat shipment and will not be home for its arrival that you ask your friendly postman or post woman to hold your package at the post office rather than leave it on your front doorstep, especially in heavily wooded areas that are inhabited by wildlife. Ravenous squirrels, cats, raccoons, moose, caribou, and deer have been know to shred boxes left outside and help themselves to treats that were not intended for their consumption.
