Tweeting from @anywhere

In mid April, Twitter announced a new set of applications they were working on that they named @anywhere.  The goal of the @anywhere applications is to take the most frequently executed twitter tasks (following and tweeting) off of twitter and enable other websites to host that functionality with a few simple pieces of code.

Twitter's @anywhere program was released to a wider audience of developers and content providers late last month.  While we are still investigating the viability of integrating @anywhere applications into ArtFire, however the theme of these applications is something we are becoming accustomed to especially given Facebooks "Social Plugins" that launched at about the same time Twitters @anywhere program did.

As the social web movement continues you can expect to be presented with more and more opportunities to interact with brands, follow influencers, and jump into the conversation.  Websites and brands are trying to make the channels of communication easier to find and more enjoyable to participate in.  Here at ArtFire we work hard to not only utilize the newest technologies to interact with our members, but to also empower our members with cutting edge integration of social tools so that you can better serve your customers as well.
