There are some people who signed up for the $5.95 Group Deal early on and only signed up for a basic account (not the group deal!). To ensure that everyone who wants in on this deal gets it, we are encouraging everyone who signed up to double check their sign-up status. This is as easy as signing in to ArtFire and clicking on your MyArtFire at the top right.

If you see an orange banner, that means you have not yet successfully signed up. If you have the orange banner, just click on it and will take you to the sign-up page. Sign up there and you will be set! Be sure that all the info you put in the boxes is accurate.

We are sending emails about the deal to everyone because we want to keep the deal front and center in everyone's mind, so just getting these emails does not mean you haven’t signed up, but if you want to check, we encourage you to go to the MyArtFire (when you are logged in).

When you have signed up for the deal you will see this green "congratulations" banner:

If you think you've signed up for the deal, and you still see the old banner, try clearing your cache by press CTRL and F5. This will reload the pictures on your screen. If the green banner still isn't there, you're not signed up in the system.
