ArtFire has a wealth of helpful information, and dozens of help guides to answer any questions you have about your studio. Up until now these help guides have been accessible in the forums, but we wanted to make it easier for you to find answers to your questions, so now instead of looking through the forums, you can use the ArtFire Help Center!

To find the Help Center, just go to the front page footer and click "support," or you can click here. The basic search bar at the top works like any other search, just type in your search terms and hit the search "go" button. It will return the results that most closely match your enquiry. Look through the results and you should find the information you need. If you do not see what you are looking for, try using new search terms. For example, "can't get my pictures to work" may not turn up the results you want; "Image upload" or "Image Uploading" may return more useful information.

The Toolbar

On the left side you will see a toolbar with the following choices:

Help Center - This will take you back to the Help Center's main page.

Support - If you cannot find the answer to your question, click here and ask our customer service department. We will get back to you as soon as possible in order to resolve your issue.

Community Forums - It's likely that other ArtFire members have had the same questions you do. Fire Mentors, Mavens and other members are often in the forums ready and willing to respond to questions and issues.

Help Guide Lists

Underneath the search bar to the left is a list of the most popular help topics, and there are several other lists that provide a quick overview of many different subjects. If you don't know where to start when it comes to social media for example, you can click through the Social Media Guides to learn at your own pace.

Results Pages

Once you find the page you want, the information will be presented in text with images. ArtFire Help Center aims to increase the amount of help available for both buyers and sellers as traffic for ArtFire continues to rise, and remember that if you can't find what you need in the help center, you can always contact our customer service team or tweet us on Twitter for help!
