What are your studio policies?

Your studio policies are like the Terms of Service for business on ArtFire; it's the fine print.  Your policies should explain important parts of your business like how long it takes to ship orders, how you handle returns, and what a customer interested in a custom order needs to do.  We don't have any minimum standards for your studio policies but if you don't explain how you do business you may lose customers who want to know that before buying from you.

 

How to fill out your studio policies:

 

Step 1) Go to the Studio Intro and Polices page in your My ArtFire. To get to "Intro & Policies," go to your My ArtFire and click on the "Studio" tab in the top navigation, then click the "Intro & Policies" tab on the left.


 

 

Step 2) Click the "Save" button when you're finished writing your policies.
