A backyard hammock hanging between the trees is synonymous with lazy afternoons. Well the designers behind these hammocks were not lazy in their creations and trees are not required. Check out the art and architecture put into each of these hammocks.
Talk about relaxing. From the lily pad pond to the buffet table, this wood slatted hammock is positioned perfectly for a relaxing day. Not to mention the picture perfect quality.
Who wouldn’t want to look over such a picturesque view from a canopied hammock? This model, The Wave, was created by a Belgian company named Royal Botania.
This one’s a hammock inspired sofa versus the bed design in the previous image.
The architectural shape of this hammock is beautiful. The stand was built using Shorea and Acacia Hardwood .
From a venetian inspired nap space,
to a carriage ride into dreamland; Soft white draped hammocks are so sweet.
This structure has built in back support.

This may be more of a suspended platform than an actual hammock, but the concept is there. Plus it’s cool to look at!
