For the Queen of England’s Diamond Jubilee affair people have been watching what Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has been wearing and she never fails to inspire. Even when she wears something more than once people are taking note. Every occasion calls for a new look and the hats are the first thing everyone wants to see. I have to say that Queen Elizabeth is my favorite style icon of the moment. She has long been criticized for her dowdy look but she has made it her own & never wavered from it. The matching hat, dress & coat-the understated purse & shoes-add the gloves & there you have it. She exudes a sort of steadfast royal elegance that cannot be denied. Go Liz!
I have to agree with Kathleen, above. She says it all about the Queen ‘Mother’.
