</a>
	*New for this year!This is a packet of 20 seeds and quantities are limited. This is a gorgeous native flower with a bush-like form and deep blue flowers in late Spring to summer.False Indigo is a perennial in zones 4-9, and is drought tolerant and carefree once established. It forms a deep taproot so does not like to be transplanted. This plant is a member of the legume family so forms a beautiful green bush with indigo blue flowers and black seedpods in the Fall.These seeds were just gathered and if planted in the Fall to early winter, need no pre-treatment. If you are not planting these until Spring, you will need to soak the seeds 24-48 hours before sowing to help with the hard coating and germination may not be as high.This plant was used in place of Indigo from India to dye clothing. Native American Indians used it for toothache, an eye wash, and the seed pods were used as rattles. If you break a stem, the sap will turn blue from exposure to air.All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. Seeds are packed in plastic bags and are kept cool until shipment. Please convo me with any questions.Thanks for looking and keep checking for more listings as the season progresses!

	</a>
	*New for this year!This is a packet of 20-25 organic Pineapple tomatillo seeds. This heirloom variety produces sweet fruits measuring 1/2-1" that taste like pineapple. These plants are very heavy producers and the fruit can be used in salsas, jams, salads or eaten alone.These annual plants like full sun and moisture. You may start them inside early for an earlier crop. These plants are also known as husk tomato or ground cherries. The fruit turns from green to a golden yellow, and if left in the husks will last for months on the counter top. The husks turn brown when they are ripe. The plant grows 2'-3' tall and branches out to carry loads of fruit. As long as you keep picking them, they will keep producing. :) In warmer climates I have read that fruits left on the ground will resprout the following season.To germinate, barely cover the seeds at 75-85 degrees. These are easy to grow and make a nice addition to the garden.All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. The extra effort is worth it for the great taste of these tomatoes.All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. Seeds are labeled, packed in sealed bags and are kept cool until shipment. Please convo me with any questions.Thanks for looking and keep checking for more listings as the season progresses!

	This is a packet of 50+ seeds. This is a Black Sweet William which is gorgeous in the garden. They grow 12"-24" tall and have fragrant clusters of dark reddish maroon flowers with metallic purple stems. I have seen it dated to 1870. Dianthus Nigrescens "Sooty" is a self-seeding biennial and will form a rosette the first year and flower the second. If begun indoors early they may flower the first year. They have a spicy scent and are low maintenance plants that birds, bees and butterflies all enjoy.Black Sweet William is drought tolerant and prefers full sun to partial shade. They bloom from Spring to Summer and need well drained soil. In the Victorian language of flowers, Sweet William stands for gallantry, with Black Sweet William also standing for treachery. It was a popular plant in Victorian times. It is used for learning and gay love magick and makes nice cut flowers and potpourri as it dries even darker. Sweet William is hardy in zones 4-8.All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. Seeds are packed in plastic bags and are kept cool until shipment. Please convo me with any questions.

	To be overcome by the fragrance of flowers is a delectable form of defeat.~Beverly NicholsThis is a bag of 30-35 seeds for Jasmine tobacco. Jasmine tobacco is strongly scented at night (of jasmine!) and wafts through the air on summer nights. It is excellent for moon gardens! This heirloom variety is much stronger scented than most tobaccos. It has beautiful white flowers that grow more strongly scented as the night goes on. They are one of my favorites, and if you like the scent of jasmine they will be yours as well.These flowers attracts bees, butterflies and moths. To germinate, surface sow and keep moist. Seeds need light and warmth to germinate.Jasmine tobacco is an annual outside, or you can keep it year round in a pot inside as long as it has enough sun. It grows 2'-4' tall and blooms heavily. Pinch off spent blooms for more flowers, and add compost as tobacco is a heavy feeder. Grow in full sun to partial shade in hotter areas.All of my seeds are harvested from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. These are tiny seeds and will be packed in plastic envelopes labeled with seed information for ease of use.

	</a>
	This is a pack of 100+ Evening Primrose seeds. Evening Primrose, sometimes called "Evening Star" is a biennial with clear yellow flowers that bloom at night, making this a wonderful plant for the moon garden. Its scent is compared to gardenia, but in my experience it is not nearly as strong. It is pollinated by moths and is hardy in zones 5-9. It will form a rosette the first year and bloom the second, although if you start them in Fall they will sometimes bloom the following year. They will self seed and prefer somewhat poor soil.It will grow 4'-5high, and prefers full sun and well drained soil. The plant is said to have fairy associations, in that they collect dew from the flowers to make their potions so this would be a good one for the fairy garden. In the Victorian language of flowers, evening primrose is said to represent fickleness.Evening Primrose oil, made from the seeds, is widely touted for its medicinal uses. It contains gamma-linoleinc acid (GLA), which is a needed but rare substance that has numerous applications in the body. GLA is an acid that the body does not manufacture, but it helps with heart disease, PMS, rhuemetoid arthritis, menopause, high blood pressure, cholesterol, the nervous system and many other uses.What many people are unaware of is that the whole plant is edible. The leaves can be eaten with salads, and the roots boiled like potatoes. The bark and leaves are an astringent and mild sedative, and it is said that a tea made from the roots helps to treat obesity. This plant was cultivated by the Native American Indians as a staple food.All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. Seeds are packed in plastic bags and are kept cool until shipment. Examples of seed bags are listed in pictures - it is an example only to show you how the seeds are labeled. Please convo me with any questions.

	</a>
	This pendant was made from a wood game piece. It measures 1.5" across and is smooth wood. It features a picture of "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli recycled from an art catalog.

The pendant has been decoupaged and has several layers of varnish coated on it. It includes a silver jump ring.
These pendants can be wiped clean if need be, but I wouldn't recommend submersing them in water.

	Gardening is about enjoying the smell of things growing in the soil, getting dirty without feeling guilty, and generally taking the time to soak up a little peace and serenity. ~Lindley KarstensThis is a packet of 40-50 wild columbine seeds. Hummingbirds and butterflies love this North American native with its gorgeous red and yellow flowers! It's also a favorite with fairies, making it great for the faery garden. :)Wild columbine is a perennial blooming the second year from seed. This is a good one for Fall sowing. Seeds may be sown direct in cool weather or cold stratified for germination, which can take from several weeks to 2 months. Wild columbine is hardy in zones 3-8.This plant likes partial shade and is great for a woodland garden. It grows 2'-3' tall and blooms from April to July its second year. In Victorian times it was also known as "Granny's Bonnet" and represents desertion in the language of flowers.These seeds were harvested Summer of 2009. All of my seeds are harvested by hand from plants grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. Seeds are packed in plastic bags and are kept cool until shipment. Please convo me with any questions.Thanks for looking and keep checking for more listings as the season progresses!

	</a>
	I tried to make a smiley face in the pic. See it? :D Maybe I should have drawn in eyes..

This is for a set of 5 LARGE seed bombs and a 1" Guerilla Gardener pin. The pin has a red background with the anarchy symbol with a heart and reads "Guerilla Gardener" across the top. The bombs were made with a mix of hardy, drought tolerant flower seeds including cosmos, black eyed susan, tickseed coreopsis, echinacea, and Daisy fleabane among others. Seeds will vary with individual bombs. These seeds were organically grown and harvested by me.
These are perfect for places you have to hit in a hurry or places that are behind fences or otherwise inaccesible. Simply toss your bombs, and when it rains the bombs will melt and the seeds will germinate, providing food for bees, butterflies and birds, as well as providing beauty.
What is Guerilla Gardening?
Wikipedia defines it as:
"...political gardening, a form of nonviolent direct action, primarily practiced by environmentalists. It is related to land rights, land reform, and permaculture. Activists take over ("squat") an abandoned piece of land which they do not own to grow crops or plants. Guerrilla gardeners believe in re-considering land ownership in order to reclaim land from perceived neglect or misuse and assign a new purpose to it."

Basically, there is a lot of public space going to waste. Even small squares of earth can grow things. Guerilla gardeners take action to make use of this land by growing food and/or flower gardens. Even if you just plant some wildflowers along a strip of land by the sidewalk, you are providing beauty and food for wildlife. Plant crops and you can provide food for people. One group grew lavendar and then harvested and sold it, using the money for their cause.
Personally, I think it's a wonderful movement!

I have packed this set in recycled medicine boxes that I painted blue and stamped. Nothing fancy by any means, but I wanted to recycle the boxes and these worked. :)
These are great stocking stuffers. I sold out last Christmas! They are also a great, fun way to introduce kids to caring for the environment.

Please contact me if you are interested in multiple kits. Thanks for looking and I'm always happy to combine shipping!

The second is a small vanity or salve jar in a swirl design. It measures 1.75" across and an inch deep.

	</a>
	"I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine."- Shakespeare, Midsummer Night's DreamThis is for 20 organic Briar rose seeds. Briar, or Eglantine Rose is a very hardy and carefree rose bush with large hips and apple scented leaves. The flowers are open and pale pink with very little fragrance. This rose is associated with fairies, so is great for the fairy garden, which is where I grow mine.Growing roses from seed takes patience. They can sometimes take up to two years to germinate. They need a period of cold followed by a period of warmth. You can sometimes speed up this process by soaking the seeds, lightly scarifying them, then putting them in a wet paper towel in the fridge for 6-8 weeks until you see them beginning to sprout. (Keep the paper towel damp) Then prick the seeds out into pots and place out in the sun. Otherwise, plant outside in pots as early as possible and let them do their thing.Briar roses make a wonderful hedge, or can be trained to climb, growing to 6'-10' tall. They have open flowers of pink. In the fall they produce large, oval shaped hips that are very high in vitamin C. Rose hips are actually 20x higher in vitamin C than citrus fruits, and during WWII, the soldiers were given rose hip syrup as a ready source of vitamin C. (It's also delicious, and makes a wonderful tea!)Briar roses are carefree shrubs. They are shade and drought tolerant, and are hardy in zones 4-9.All of my plants are grown organically, without the use of any chemicals. I tend my gardens with love. Please convo me with any questions.

	This is a heavy glass one quart Cream-top milk bottle. It dates to the 1940s and has no chips or cracks. This is the cream-top style bottle that was used to catch the cream from the milk in the bubble on top. This bottle was dug and cleaned, but needs another cleaning. This bottle was from Mt. Ararat Dairy and has the words across the front, but they are mostly faded.
It measures approximately 10" tall, 1.5" across the mouth and 3" across the base. It would make a lovely addition to your collection or used as a vase for flowers.

Please contact me with questions and I'm always happy to combine shipping. Shipping quoted is an estimate. Any extra will be refunded. Insurance is recommended on all fragile items.

	This is for a vintage carnival glass celery dish in Marigold. This was an early 70s production of the original Depression glass pattern from the 1930s. (I have the original 1930s version also) The pattern is called pretzel and the dish measures 10.25" long and 5" across. It has no chips or cracks. It's a beautiful piece to add to your collection!
