Earthy and casual yet with lots of sparkle, this pendant features an agate druzy stone surrounded by a hand formed and soldered sterling silver frame. The frame has been stamped with a texture for added interest and the stone is secured in the frame with a fine silver pin. The color is a neutral, go with anything pale grey and the back of the stone is highly polished. The total length including the bail is 1 5/16". It measures 9/16" wide and is 1/4" thick. The chain is not included but I have them available for a small extra charge.

	</a>
	These earrings match the Birds in Flight etched pendant exactly. They are just reduced in size to 3/4". They hang from handmade sterling silver spiral earwires that have been given a liver of sulfur patina.

There are many steps involved in making an etched piece with this incredible amount of detail. Royalty-free graphics are manipulated in an image editing program. They are then printed and copied onto a special heat transfer paper. Copper sheet is cut to shape, the image is applied and etched in a ferric chloride solution. The resist is then removed with acetone and the final shape is cut. All edges are then filed and sanded with three grits of sandpaper to make them silky smooth. Cuff bracelets have to be annealed with a torch and pickled so they can be formed. The pieces then go into the tumbler for polishing. After polishing, a patina is applied with liver of sulfur, and the piece is then rubbed back with fine steel wool to enhance the detail. Finally the holes are drilled.

	</a>
	I absolutely love the way these earrings turned out. If you think you wouldn't have anyplace to wear these, think again. Aside from the obvious cocktail dress, how about jeans and a motorcycle jacket? Or one of the maxi dresses that are back in style? These are the perfect colors for summer. As for the details, these are entirely created by hand from sterling silver wire which has been oxidized to show off the details. There are three gorgeous lemon quartz briolettes dangling from each earring. They are loaded with sparkling rondelles of lemon quartz, golden tourmaline, rhodolite garnet, and an orange-y mystic quartz, with a little garnet briolette wired into the center. All gemstones are A quality or above. They hang 2 1/4" long including the secure kidney wires. You'll feel the opulence of these earrings as each one weighs 5.9 grams.

	</a>
	When I saw these muscovite stones I knew I had to have them. They are the color of balsamic vinegar but what is really beautiful about them (although hard to capture with the camera) are the sparkly pink gold flecks of mica throughout the stone. These are suspended from hand forged rings of twisted sterling silver and dangle from handmade ear wires. They have been given an antique patina. The total length is 1 3/4"

	A gorgeous 15mm A grade green gold quartz faceted coin is the centerpiece of this striking necklace. Green gold is also known as lemon quartz although the color of this stone is more saturated. The gemstone is suspended from a short length of heavy shiny sterling silver cable chain which is in turn suspended from lengths of finer cable chain which has been oxidized. The closure is a lobster claw clasp. The chain is adjustable from 18" to 16" although the chain can be sized to meet your needs.

	Hoping for warmer weather, I created this pendant with gems that remind me of the color of popsicles, orange mystic quartz, grape amethyst, and pale green phrenite, all at least A quality gemstones. They have been applied to an oval sterling silver frame that is wrapped with tiny 2mm sterling silver beads. The entire piece has been oxidized and hangs from an 18" sterling silver chain. The pendant itself measures 1 3/8" high by 3/4" wide.

	</a>
	These shiny sterling silver earrings are crafted from heavy gauge silver wire and jump rings. Dangling from the bottom are rich purple hydrothermal quartz pear shaped gems. The stones are faceted and carved on the back, and the carving shows when the light passes through them. Their total length is 1 3/4".

Hydrothermal quartz is NOT glass or cubic zirconium. The quartz crystals are grown from natural seed quartz under high pressure and heat. Colors, some not readily found in nature, can be achieved by the addition of small amounts of other minerals such as iron or cobalt. Hydrothermal quartz is composed of silica dioxide, the same mineral composition as quartz from the ground. Amethyst and citrine are two varieties of quartz.

	These earrrings remind me of the country with the handmade coil of wire that looks like a little grapevine wreath. Dangling from the wreaths are small fine silver leaves that I created from Art Clay Silver. Each leaf is accected by a tiny green leaf shaped tourmaline. These have been given a patina with liver of sulpur to enhance the texture.

The length including the handmade earwires is 2" and they measure just shy of 5/8" wide.

	I call these rustic because they remind me of a roll of barbed wire fencing or a grapevine wreath. The circles were coiled and entirely created by hand. Dangling on handmade headpins are two blue opal rondelles. The silver has been given a liver of sulphur patina to enhance the texture.

The total length including earwires is 1 7/8" and they measure just shy of 5/8" wide.

	This is the most popular style of bangle that I make although I vary each one. This one features artisan made lampwork beads by Samma Parcels. The two smaller beads are a rich translucent blue while the focal bead is blue with flecks of green, orange and yellow in it. The focal bead has been coiled with copper wire. Other embelishments include diamond cut sopper beads and Bali style copper spacers. The bracelet is finished with a handmade clasp and a spiral charm. The entire piece has been given a liver of sulphur patina to give the copper a warm glow. This bracelet won't spin on the wrist because of the comfortable oval shape.

The inner circumference of this bangle is 7 1/2".

Thanks for looking!

	</a>
	I had great fun creating a series of whimsical birdhouses from Art Clay Silver. Art Clay Silver is fine particles of silver mixed with water and an organic binder. When fired, the binder burns off and the result is 99.9 fine silver. This one weighs in at a substantial 12 grams. I have textured the outside of the house to resemble twigs. Suspended from the bottom of the house is a faceted pink agate, a green pearl, a handmade fine silver leaf, and a tiny little bird handcrafted from silver clay.

The total length of this piece is 3 1/8" and the actual birdhouse if 5/8" by 5/8".

I will include a chain with this pendant. Please specify 16, 18 or 24".
