An adorable china wall pocket of a little girl with blonde curls and a matching bonnet and bow. Measures approximately 5". There are some condition issues with this piece - a double crack in the back and a tiny crack, which may be a firing flaw, in the knot of the bow. These can be clearly seen in the 3rd and 4th photos. They would not detract from a wonderful display. Item will be shipped priority mail with insurance in case of breakage.

"The Appalachian Trail," a beautiful book published by the National Geographic Society in 1972. 200 pages of history, stories, photos, maps, and vistor activities. The book is in excellent condition. There is a name hand written (I have obliterated it on the photo only) and a stamp that says OFFICE COPY on the inside cover pages. There is also a faint mark (colored pencil?) on the front cover. This is an excellent book for anyone traveling the Appalachian trail.

This book is so unique, I have never seen another like it. I call it a flip book. There are 2 novels in comic strip format. When you are finished reading one story, you flip the book over and start on the other side going in the opposite direction for the second story. Classic stories in this Weekly Reader edition include "The Time Machine" and "Treasure Island". Book contains 120 pages and copyright is 1984. Excellent condition.
