The pictures don't do it justice, it is blue with purple shading, kind of like those fabrics that change colors based on how the light hits them. It's 6" wide and 66" long and will keep you SO warm. Makes a great present! Everyone will want to pet this fabulous scarf, you really couldn't ask for more. It's delightful! Machine-washable on the delicate cycle; I recommend putting it in a lingerie bag. The scarf is made with some very nice materials - Berroco's Plume FX and their Plume FX Metallic, which is now discontinued! Finding another scarf like this one would be very difficult. It's slightly open-work for breathability, but when you're wearing it it will look like a solid piece. I made a scarf for a family member also using Plume FX (and Plume FX Colors) and she absolutely loves it. You'll love this one too, it sparkles alongside any outfit!
