Most interestingly his legs are made of natural sticks. Wooliam has a bright silver bell at his neck on a length of white and red cotton twine. Tea Time bear has a tiny top hat made of grey felt with a crimson hat band. He holds a very small handmade book and a needle felted wool teacup.
