This design comes from my love of the 'folk art' look. As this design 'came to life', I gently added the touch of cut out hearts, accenting the bodice and sprinkled in the dress. Appliques are fused on and then machine stitched. Easy wear, easy wash. This cotton fabric has been pre-washed (allergy free) and dried. You can through it in the cold water wash (cold water preserves the color) and through in a low heat dryer or hang dry. A simple button closure at the back.
