New Great Gift Items Every Day~
It's that time again---holiday gift shopping! I will be listing great gift items throughout the day and evening, each day this week! I have many things to list, so I will work hard all week photographing and writing up listing text for each item.
Coming up:
more ruffled zippered bags (including a couple of wristlets),
lots of cute tea wallets (2 and 3 pocket) in a huge variety of fabrics,
and adorable Christmas stockings! (barkcloth, burlap & lace, patchwork, wool,--just an incredible selection!)
I hope you'll check back often to see what's new! And if you see something you like and would like to know if there are more similar items to come, shoot me an email!

New Banner
If this is your first visit to my studio, Welcome! If you've been here before, you may have noticed that I got a new banner and avitar! Our baners are an important "first impression", and I've had a bit of a struggle finding something I think repesents my studio well.
I have a great variety of items for sale. My "style" is quite eclectic, but as my first year in business progresses, I have found that much of what I sell employs vintage materials and upcycled denim garments. I enjoy creating children's garments as well as a variety of things (including original handbags) for adults.
I think this new banner nicely reflects the contents of my studio, don't you?
I'm so happy with this new artwork, I want to give credit to Yini Cheah of RROF Graphics for creating this banner and avatar for me! She's a designer and college student and I encourage you to contact her for your computer graphics needs.

Sewing up a storm!
I've spent the last couple of months doing tons of designing and sewing. I have had a booth at a number of craft markets so I've wanted to have adequate supply. I make so many diverse items, it's hard to know what to make! The lesson I've learned---make what I love because you never know what people will buy!!
I've also been acquiring new materials. People ask where I get my barkcloth--I have to get most of it on ebay, as it's difficult to find at a reasonable price locally.
Antique vendors at the markets have discovered a new market in ME! lol! Yesterday a gal brought me a couple of boxes of BEAUTIFUL vintage tablecloths and hand-embroidered linens. I HAD to buy them and fortunately she gave me a really good price.
Soooo, new materials=new inspiration=lots of new projects! =)
Now I need to do lots of new photography and listings! Check back soon!
