Here is some celebrity gossip news for you - I had someone in my ArtFire Studio shopping  pickle candles for the Rachel Ray show!

 

Here's the scoop:  Last night I got an email from someone wanting 3 dill pickle candles. I said I would make them today and ship in the morning, but they needed them right away.  I was asked if I knew anyone in NYC that had the dill pickles candles, of course I said "I didn't", still hoping for the opportunity.  You know -  I really wanted to make these dill pickle candles for them, and it was a rep from the Rachel Ray show.  Imagine, television exposure for my gourmet delicacies in candles.

 

This thrills me to no end!   I had to share the news with my ArtFire Community!  Remember - you never know who is looking at your shops ... it could be you next!

Just finished up a week of trading. I had a total of 11 trades with other shop on AF. Had a great time and got some great trades. I cant wait to receive all the trades, so far the ones that arrived have been above expectation. I hope to be able to make more trades in the near future!

Just finished listing my new peanut soaps! Great gift for the peanut lovers that you know. Grab one for a great stocking stuffer.

Been raining here all week,being damp and chilly, would be a great day to bake a pie! Or maybe make a pie candle. I will be working on making some peanut soaps and pecan soaps that will be listed soon. I am always looking for new ideas for my candles so if you have an idea of a candle that you would like to see let me know and I will see if I can make it. Enjoy the day where ever you are!
