With Thanksgiving aproaching quickly I went on a hunt to find some thanksgiving related products around artfire. Here's the selection that caught my eye.

Oh yes it is. It's that time of year. Pantomime is all over around me in the UK and there are still plenty to come before the end of January.

My latest article on Handmade News  covers a brief history of pantomime. There is also an interview with Susan of Widow Twankeys a Lincolnshire based seamstress and costume maker who took some time out of her busy season to talk to me for the article.

What a plesant surprise to wake up to this morning. I turned on my computer to check the trade and stay event post and saw that I had won a subscription to Totally Creative Magazine in a blog giveaway hosted by With our Hands.

The magazine is packed with different craft ideas and step by step projects, I hadn't heard of them before I saw this giveaway and when I did I rushed to take a look at thier site. Avid craftaholics everywhere this is the magazine for you. I can't wait to get my first issue.
