There are 3 stages that each last 7 days: Blog. Tweet. Vote.

STAGE 1: Write a blog post that answers the question “How does ArtFire Work for me?”

Answer this question on your personal blog** (your ArtFire Shop Blog works too!) in no more than 500 words. Make sure that somewhere on your blog post there is a link to Artfire.com (it doesn’t matter where it’s located as long as it’s there).

You have 7 days to write your blog post, starting 3/5/2014 and ending 3/12/2014.

STAGE 2: Tweet that post! 3/13/2014 – 3/20/2014

You have 7 days to share your post on twitter and enter it in the official contest. Your entry tweet should include a link to your blog post as well as the hashtag #ArtFireWorks and an @Artfire mention.

STAGE 3: Every vote counts! 3/21/2014 – 3/28/2014

Stage 3 is a week of voting. The Nosh Blog will host a voting poll that features a link to each valid blog post entry (if you’ve completed Stage 1 & 2 you’ll be amongst the contestant finalists in the poll).

This part of the contest depends a lot on you because it’s all about sharing the blog post with as many people as possible to get them to vote for yours. The blog that gets the most votes at the end of Stage 3 will be our winner!

Share the voting site with your friends on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest & all your other social media.

Remember to check back during this week of the contest to see how your blog is holding up to the competition. Plus, you might end up making some new like-minded friends.

OTHER REGULATIONS

The contest is open to accept entries from any person from any country unless otherwise prohibited by local law.

For Canadian Residents Only: This contest is open to residents of Canada in all provinces except Québec.

Limited to one blog post per contestant. This contest is not endorsed by any blog host.

*The prize offering is not available for purchase. For tax purposes the prize is valued at $500. 

**When we say the entry question must be answered on your personal blog we mean on any platform such as Blogger, WordPress, Deviantart, Tumblr, etc. where you are the administrator. Even a Facebook Page would work, if that’s the only means you use to promote your business. This is important because promoting your personal blog is part of the prize.   

Contest entries will be based on:

  1. Your blog post answering the question “How does ArtFire work for you?”  in no more than 500 words
  2. The post must have a link directed to Artfire.com   
  3. Sharing your submission on Twitter with a link, the hashtag #ArtFireWorks & a mention @Artfire

Contestants will be notified if & when they qualified to move on to Stage 3 of the contest. The contest winner will be announced on the voting blog post as well privately. Winner will have 14 days to claim his/her prize.  

No purchase necessary, purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This contest is void where prohibited. Any entry received from a location where this promotional sweepstakes violates local regulations shall not be considered a valid entry to win.

ArtFire employees and family members of employees are not eligible to enter any contests offered by ArtFire. Any entries from an employee or family member of an employee will be considered an invalid entry.
