Get to Know
Ida of artsfarmstudios has been making beautiful things for over 30 years, from feather earrings and beaded chamois shirts in the 70s to bridal accessories, painted signs, furniture, murals, clothing, pottery and more, but her first love has always been designing and making one-of-a-kind jewelry and accessories.
She also has a long-standing relationship with antiques, and this shows in much of her work.
Her jewelry, chokers, cuffs, bags and hair ornaments are made with antique and vintage components and have found an appreciative audience, both online and in the 'real world'.
She uses traditional, often formal materials matched with offbeat, funky styling.
Coming soon is a line of hand painted floorcloths, which in true Artsfarm style, is based on a traditional format done in a new, innovative fashion.
