Kids checking in to wish us a "Merry Christmas" and news that my Granddaughter is on her way to the hospital to maybe deliver the 2nd great grandbaby, a boy.  What a surprise Christmas present. Now Ellie (2 yrs old next month) will have a cousin.     We have been in on some secret surprises from different members of the family needing help getting things together.  The giving of gifts is both beneficial for giver and the receiver. Quilters Annual Christmas Open House 2015

Yesterday we had a great time with all our quilting friends coming by to help us celebrate the Christmas season. This open house included viewing, picture taking, and touching quilts, a fun scavenger hunt through the house with prizes, and enjoying the punch and holiday treats of cookies and snacks. All the trees were lit in their full glory! A Christmas puzzle was set up on a table for those that needed to rest a little bit. Our full 64 piece Double AA Choir that was all through the house (Loren's collection of little characters that you press the buttons and they will sing and/or dance for you)  entertained our guests each wi... » Read More

All different faces, white fronts, a variety of Christmas fabrics on the back, a ribbon bow for a scarf and a hanger.  The only hand work is putting on the faces and everything else is done on the sewing machine.  Quick and easy! We will introduce a pattern on how to make them in January. Lots of people are collectors and some even have a small Christmas tree just for these small ornaments. We now have 16 different ones, some of the patterns are on ... » Read More
