Aqua Ancient Roman Glass Earrings with .925 Marquis Shaped Earrwires

Image Description
The Roman glass used in these handmade earrings is estimated to be between 900 to 1200 years old. It was recovered by excavators in the marketplace of a buried Afghanistan city. They're aqua green in color, and one of them has quite a lot of earthy calcification which adds beauty and intrigue. These two stones don't match in color or shape, and one is slightly longer than the other. This adds to the wonderful mystic of the glass as they swing beneath Sterling Silver marquis shaped earwires. These two little pieces of ancient history will take your mind on a wild daydream about exotic places from the past. * These earrings hang approx 2" (5cm) from top of earwires * Ancient Roman Glass = 8mmx13mm and 9mmx12mm (15.4mm = 1 inch) All wire and other metal components are Sterling Silver (.925).
