Get to Know

Hi. My name is Perrie Layton. I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania where I still live. I began making jewelry a few years ago because I could not find items that suited my tastes. I like eclectic, unique pieces that express my love of nature, history, classic clothing, but also allows me to express my sense of whimsy and humor. My favorite medium is polymer clay. I am currently a member of Philadelphia Area Polymer Clay Guild and serve as the Recording Secretary and Assistant Webmaster. I have two adult sons, a husfriend and 4 cats. MortimerInc is named for my best cat, Mortimer. He is has been my constant companion for 12 years. He rules the house and everyone in it.
