Get to Know

I bring a variety of art forms to my shop - look for polymer clay, semi-precious stones, rocks of all kinds, silk, paper and mixed media.

My mother taught me to embroider and sew when I was a kid, and I enjoyed it, but I don't think I discovered the true love of making things until I was in college. I learned to crochet and to cross stitch, and not only did it keep my hands busy and my mind focused, I fell in love with being able to see something beautiful grow in my hands.

In the late 1980's I discovered polymer clay, and a lifetime passion. I have used it with hand-dyed silk, wire work, cloth, leather, and a variety of other mediums and it never loses its allure.

Please contact me for custom art of all kinds: prayer beads, jewelry and buttons for your hand-made wearable art.
