Shipping: -Flat-rate shipping costs are determined by the largest item ordered. The highest primary shipping rate applies. Some items may incur an additional fee. -All packages are shipped First Class Parcel Post via the U.S. Postal Service. -THERE IS NO TRACKING ON INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. If you require tracking, please contact us for Priority or EMS rates. -We ship to the PAYPAL address only, unless otherwise specified. -Insurance is included for purchases over $100.00 or upon request. Contact us for current rates. -All domestic packages include delivery confirmation. -Expedited shipping rates are available upon request. -We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged International packages. Returns: -Returns are generally accepted on new and unused items within 10 days of delivery. -We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise the Buyer is responsible. -Refunds are processed upon our receipt of the item.
