You are showing appreciation for the work of individual artisans and the passion they have for their craft. If I do not receive payment within 3 days I reserve the right to cancel your order. .......................... Shipping: Please verify that your PayPal shipping address is correct as this is the address I will use for sending your purchase. I will be sending items via USPS first class and will use delivery confirmation. Once shipped I will send you a tracking number.. I will pack each order as carefully as possible, but shipping accidents do happen and I ask that I be notified ASAP if an item happens to arrive damaged by the carrier. ............ ............ Returns/Refunds: Every effort is made to post clear photos of all items. Keep in mind that all my items are completely hand made and will not be perfect.. this is the difference between handmade and mass produced items and what makes them unique. If you would like to return the item please let me know the reason for return and contact me as soon as you receive it. I want everyone who buys from my shop to leave happy. I will work with you and get you a replacement item if needed, or refund full purchase price minus shipping. There will be NO refunds or exchanges on earrings for pierced ears unless they arrive damaged in the mail. This is for sanitary reasons,No Exceptions!
