I accept Paypal, Propay and money orders. To pay with your credit card number through Propay, just select 'other' as your payment method during checkout. To pay with your credit card through Paypal, just select Paypal as your payment method. You will then be sent an email from Propay or Paypal with a link to pay, or you can call me with your CC number. Paypal and Propay payments must be received within 7 days of your purchase and money orders need to be in the mail to me within 7 days.

If you have not payed for your order or contacted me about a delay in payment within 7 days of purchase, the order will be canceled.

***All orders shipped to a WA address are subject to 8.5% sales tax***

Your order will ship in 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment and your order choices. Make sure to send me a message with your order choices or this will cause a delay in processing your order while I contact you.

Your order will be packed with care and sent out quickly. We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please make sure that you have your correct ship-to address on both your artfire account and your Paypal account. In the event there are 2 different addresses, I will be contacting you to verify which to ship to and that will cause a delay in shipping your order.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation

Domestic Shipping Prices:
First Class mail(2-5 days)- cost varies
Priority Mail(2-3 days)- $5.00
Express Mail(1 day)- $20.00

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail international averaging 6-10 business days for delivery.

First Class mail International is available at a cost of $6.00, contact me before paying if you are interested. Express mail international is also available, please contact me before paying if you are interested.

**A note on international shipments:**
I do not label my items as a gift.
It is your responsibility to know about and pay any and all taxes or duties that your country may charge you at delivery. I have no control over these charges, as they are between you and your local government.
Please also be aware that IF your package is held for customs inspection, that your shipment will be delayed. If this happens, you will need to contact your local customs agency for more information.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or you get your money back. I offer both returns and exchanges, if contacted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, items must be in the same condition as when purchased and you must send back all original items and packing materials.

Returns or exchanges on custom orders will be determined on a case by case basis.

There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price on returns. Your refund will be sent once the product is back in my hands and is verified to be in same condition as when it was shipped. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges will receive a credit for the full purchase price, less shipping charges, towards a new item. Replacements will be sent out as soon as original product is back in my hands and is verified to be in new, unused condition.

Being Green is very important to Northwest Bridal. As the business has grown, we have continuously changed our processes to be more environmentally friendly. We appreciate you supporting a business that is doing what it can to be eco-friendly. Of course, this is an ever continuing process, and we are not 100% green, but that is our goal!

-What we do-

♥ Our shipping boxes are made with recycled content and are a type of box that folds together only requiring one small piece of tape, rather than many pieces of tape.

♥ Our box filler is shredded catalogs, phone books and business magazines that are sent to us. Not only does this provide a new use for those extra catalogs, but is 100% recyclable on your end.

♥ All office paper, envelopes, notepads, sticky notes and paper clips that Northwest Bridal uses are post consumer waste recycled. Most are 100% PCW.

♥ We have reduced our shipping days from 6 days a week to 3 days a week(M-W-F). And on occasion my husband, who is an avid cyclist, will take my packages to the post office on his bicycle!

♥ We research and support companies that make products with recycled materials, and we purchase from USA manufacturers whenever possible.

♥ Our wire is manufactured right here in the USA

♥ We no longer include a packing slip with our US orders(it is required for international orders), which saves over 500 sheets of paper a year.

♥ Our business cards are printed on 100% recycled paper, and whenever possible, all other promotional materials are also printed on recycled paper.

♥ Always recycle or compost materials that can be. And, of course, re-use whenever possible.

♥ Buy from sellers who have a commitment to reducing their impact as a business. Businesses and corporations make up the majority of the worlds pollution, so lets stop it at the source. Your dollars are valuable and choosing wisely where to spend your money can make huge differences in what companies are willing to do. Big business follows the money trail, so if your money is going elsewhere, they will change their practices.
