Please note that reserves can not be made on "sale" or limited time "deal" items. I will only reserve items for up to two weeks. Reserves will come in the form of an invoice, and will be canceled after two weeks of non-payment.
Please note that I ship to the current address that in your Paypal account! I am not responsible for packages that get delivered to the wrong address.
Orders will receive a confirmation number for their package via Paypal. Please note that confirmation numbers do not track the package, and will only be updated when they ship out and have been delivered.
Other notes of interest:
-I am not responsible for any packages that may get abused or lost by USPS (as occasionally happens.) If this is a concern, I suggest insuring your package.
-If you would like to insure your package, please contact me before you purchase so that I can adjust the totals.
-I do not combine shipping for orders placed on different days. I prefer that each transaction receive its own confirmation number to avoid mistakes and oversights.
Generally orders ship within 48-72 hours after the order is placed. Pelirrojita Studios is a one-woman show, and I appreciate your respect of the turn around time.
Due to the nature of this product, I can sell and ship outside of the continental United States, but the shipping times are greatly increased. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return your merchandise within 10 days of purchase for a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened/unused for a full refund. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. Exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis.
