All items in my shop are digital, which means you print them yourself! Nothing physical will be mailed to you. Digital items are sent via e-mail as a .jpg file to your artfire email address.
I will not start work until I receive all information. Please email me all details and photos together at one time, even if we have had convos please send all details together at purchase.
*****If you do not receive your invitation via email within 2 business days please convo me through art fire. Sometimes emails with attachments go to the junk mail or get blacked in spam filters, so please contact me immediately to let me know you haven' t gotten it. I want to ensure you get your invitation asap and don't want email cause issues, same goes for revisions. If you don't hear back from me contact me on here asap.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products, refunds are not available. I will work with you to create the perfect invite. I will perform a reasonable number of edits. Changes to dates will incur an additional charge.
When purchasing an item that has several color options, please be sure to indicate in the notes which color you'd like. Other color options may be available please ask first.
Within 2 business days (most likely less), you will receive your order via email. Your file will be sent to the email address on ArtFire account, unless otherwise specified. I will do a reasonable number of revisions; I want you to be completely satisfied. Please understand that every time you make a change, it takes time. I will not start work until I receive all information. Please test print your cards if at all possible to ensure you are happy with the sizing and coloring. Please check and recheck spelling and punchation, I can't be held responsible for issues after you print the cards. I CANNOT refund money for the cards you already had printed.
Colors vary based on your computer monitor and your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly encouraged! I CANNOT refund money for the cards you already had printed. I can also do a colormatch for you if your looking for a specific color, please ask first.
Please make sure to let me know which size you need. If this information is not included with your order, the default size of 5x7 will be sent and changes to size will incur an additional charge of US $5.00. If using a professional printer and they require a certain bleed please tell me this upfront or charges may incur.
RUSH Orders-please contact me ahead of time to confirm that it can be done. An additional charge will apply.
Card/Invite Back Side -- Prices do not include a backside. If you need one, please convo or email me for a quote, additional charges will apply.
Multiple Dates for a party -- An additional US $5.00 charge will apply if you need to use the same invite for multiple party dates.
Please review the proof that is sent for text and grammar errors - I cannot be held responsible for any errors after approval of the proof has been made.
Please only send to me the photo that you would like used in the invite, please pick and don't send multiple images for me to pick, if you have a question if the photo will work I will gladly let you know. After finalizing the invite, requests for photo changes will incur an additional charge.
You can submit your photos to me in either .jpg or .png format. For the best results, the resolution should be 300 dpi or higher. I can also change your photos to black and white or sepia tone and do MINOR photo editing for no extra cost! I cannot take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.
I do not send proofs prior to a purchase being made because it takes me the same amount of time as if you purchased it. I will send you a proof to review and request changes after purchase.
