Pin and Pendant Combination - Purple Butterfly
1 Polymer clay buttefly Pin & Pendant Combination. As seen in photo #4 there is a bail and pin attached to the back of the butterfly (in the photo its not attached so that you can see the example better). The butterfly hangs nicely from any chain or ribbon of your choice. The Butterfly has lovely details and is on a filigree setting. It is baked with resin then glazed for durability and shine.

***** NO returns on the Lucy Clay Tools. Once it is ordered it is ordered and no refunds. As I have to pay an international company for the tools. Once it is shipped there are no refunds. Please understand as I am not a Walmart that I cannot take returns on tools that I cannot resell.
**** If you order from my shop you cannot cancel to order from another distributor after I have placed the order with the manufacturer (which is usually the same day so that your items can be created). If the items have shipped to the USA there is no cancellation policy. The reason is because this causes issues with the orders/shipment with the Czech Republic.
If you contact me before returning and we work out a two sided agreement, then I will accept it once it is checked to be sure it is NOT used. If it is not used and I find a buy for it within 5 days then I will refund the purchase price minus the $25 re stocking fee. IF it is sellable. Please keep in mind if I have several in stock I will sell my stock first as I run a business here. If I find a buyer for that item I will notify you and there will be a $25 restocking fee. If it is sellable. If it is not sold there is a $5 fee weekly added on for two weeks. After that you will be given the choice to have the items sent back to you at your cost and or continue to add $5 fees as weeks go buy. I will NOT refund any of the amount of the tool you purchased until it is sold.
When returned with permission or without permission and it is found to be used or damaged from shipment then it is NON refundable under any circumstances. Even if only part of it was used, if its a product for example that is a kit, its a kit and I do not have the time to break it all up and sell separate and figure out what you get refunded or not. If it is used and not sellable. You can get your tool back after you pay the shipping of that listing at a normal price and then if you would like you can sell it on your own to a friend or relative.
If you send it back to me without permission once we discuss the reasons as I find this rude, and it is clearly stated here we are unable to refund items. Then we can discuss as I mentioned above a restocking fee of $50 and the rest of the price will be refunded to you if it is sold within 5 days. If it is not sold within 5 days. there is a $10 fee added weekly for re-stocking. If it is not sold there is a $10 fee weekly added on for another two weeks. After that you will be given the choice to have the items sent back to you at your cost and or continue to add $10 fees as weeks go buy. I will NOT refund any of the amount of the tool you purchased until it is sold.
Remember you will not get back any shipping fees and if you had free shipping you must refund the normal shipping fee for that item that is listed at the time you sent it back without asking. I apologize but I cannot sell used tools and it will take time for me to work at selling your tool again.
If the item was returned without proper authorization then that shipping fee for that item that is the normal shipping will be charged as well by the shop for example a slicer would cost $26.50 and would have to be paid back to the shop owner before a refund for the rest of the item would be given. If there is any indication of a used item then there will NOT be a refund under any circumstances. I apologize but we cannot sell used items.
I will ship your used items back to you at your cost via priority mail at the rate of the shipping box that it will fit in... I will not have to charge customs fees/vat at this time of shipping so it will be determined at time of return.

I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!!! The money order option is for local customers only And or layaway payments we have agreed to prior to purchase. If you purchase with cash/money order I will send you a PayPal invoice to be paid within 6 hours or your order will be considered canceled.
I DO accept the paypal Bill me later so if you go to Paypal that option may be available to you. Its a great payment plan if you want the larger tools and can't pay right away. You apply and are notified of acceptance/denial in minutes.
Credit card payments are accepted, if it will not go through on paypal like the directions below please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me you would like to set up a custom listing and pay via credit card that the paypal version did not work.. Please try the paypal version as it works 99.9% of the time and it is the same system I use. I just punch the numbers in for you. If you pay via credit. You can pay by credit . when you are at the PayPal login. Do not login. Under the password there is a spot that says "other forms of payment" choose that option and enter your card or debit of choice there.
Shipping policy is new. I ship only USPS priority. Shipping fees include. Shipping from the Czech Republic, Customs Fees, Vat, Tax if required for your state and shipping to you. So your shipping label will not be the same as the shipping you paid on the invoice. These fees are high and it is very expensive to get the tools here from there. This is not negotiable. I am NOT overcharging. I am only charging what it costs to get the tool or tools here and to you.
Canada/mexico customers. Shipping is calculated at priority. If you choose to have first class please email me. I will have you order and then go to the list office and have your items weighed and shipped for lowest possible rates. Please note if you choose this option I am not responsible for shipped items once they leave my home. I cannot track them. Unless you choose to pay tracking as well. I am very happy to work with you to help you get the tools you need faster and the best customer service and knowledge of these tools. I'm here to help.
I will NOW as of December 2014 only ship twice a week. I will ship on the days that I have the most packages. If you order at 10pm Saturday please do not think I will ship your order at 10pm and you will get it Monday.. USPS does not guarantee the 1-3 day delivery. I ship that way because it is an automatic $50 insurance and free tracking number for the customer when I ship from home. Due to large orders I need time to prepare orders and shipments so I will determine when shipping is done... I will try my very best to get your tools to you as fast as possible as I do NOT let things pile up. If there is an issue with your tool please email me with many photos of the problem and or damage or issue and we will work out the problem.. I inspect each tool to be sure it Is working properly before shipment. All tools are photographed and stored in a file for each customer. Returns... Again.. The main reason is we cannot sell used tools... The owner of the company will not accept returns as we cannot sell them. So please understand that you are getting a quality tool that is inspected and guaranteed it works...
I do offer assembly of the tools and there is a listing for that with a fee. If you want a slicer fully assembled please ask as that will require extra shipping because it will not fit in a normal size box. But I ship many that way.
Pre order means that the tool or disk you ordered is being made. Some are new and in production. So delays could be 1 week to a month.. I do not give an exact date because I cannot control the company while they are designing and manuf. the tools. I offer the pre order so that we are guaranteed to get the tools, without the pre order we would miss out on getting the tools for several months. Please note I will not contact you over and over with updates as this is to time consuming when 100's order a tool at times... I will post on facebook if the order has shipped or post here on my page that the pre order is on the way. So if you would like to know if the order is coming please check my facebook page and or the top of my Artfire selling page for updates. I also do pre orders as I have to have a large order in order to ship the tools to the USA. A small order is to expensive to ship so I have to wait until I have a certain amount of product needed. I do stock many items but I cannot stock hundreds. So please understand that the pre-order process is necessary... I usually put a pre order date on the top of my page here and most of the time unless its a new product the items ship to me within 3 days and arrive in a week or less and I ship within a week after inspecting each tool and making documentation... I ship as fast as I can but as I mentioned from now on I will NOT ship everyday. Only twice a week once I have several orders.

DO NOT USE OTHER BRANDS OF VISES ON THE TOOLS AS THAT CAN DAMAGE THE MAIN SHAFT AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. DO NOT EVER USE A WRENCH IF THE CAPS ARE TIGHT.. IF THEY ARE TIGHT IT IS BECAUSE YOU NEED TO DE-PRESSURIZE THE CHAMBER IN THE EXTRUDER. SO ONCE YOU EXTRUDE. EXTRUDE BACKWARDS FOR A BIT TO LET OUT THAT PRESSURE AND DO NOT LET YOUR EXTRUDER SIT THERE WITH THE PLUNGER IN IT FOR DAY FILLED WITH CLAY AS IT WILL BE FILLED WITH PRESSURE AND HARD TO OPEN.. TAKE CARE OF YOUR TOOLS AND THEY WILL LAST YOU A LIFETIME.

Buying on Artfire is simple.. Choose the item add it to the cart and it shows the price and shipping.. Add other items and shipping will be updated. If an item is pre order there may be extra shipping. If there is and you would like all your items held until all items are in the USA please put that information in Note to seller. If you would like the tools shipped separate please put that in note to seller. If you leave it blank I will ship items in stock and ship the other items when they arrive. If shipped together I will refund any excess fees after labels are printed.
I do all warranty work and have a good sense on how all the tools work, how they are assembled and I can repair them here in my home.. Please note if there is an issue. You must send photos with your complaint and you must mail the tool to me priority with shipping. Once the tool is here and inspected while video taped I will determine if it is warranty or damaged during use. They are steel so it is very unlikely it is warranty issue so please let me know if anything has been done to the tool because I may be able to help you without you having to ship the tool here... If warranty issue I submit all information to the owner and he makes a decision on refunding shipping.. If I have the parts in stock and it is warranty it will be repaired and shipped back to you. If it is NOT a warranty issue, you will be charged for parts, labor $10-$20 a hour depending on what is wrong.. If you fully unassembled your slicer to see how it works it will cost you $100 for me to assemble and repair and shipping will be $26 to ship it back.. I am happy to help and repair any damage that happened possibly from the manuf. But I inspect them well to be sure there are no defects before shipping so please be sure to let me know in detail the problem and I can normally guide you in repair and or how to get your tool working properly..
