Each of our jewelries is carefully handcrafted by our designer with exquisite attentions to details to ensure high quality. Unlike traditional Steampunk Jewelries, we expand beyond the scope of the typical steampunk by combining other art techniques and use of a vase selection of materials, ranging from Swarovski crystals to precious antique jewelries of 100s of years ago with a value of its own.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal or Credit Card payment via PayPal from US and Canadian customers. International customers please paid via PayPal only.
All shipping fees we charge is much lower than the actual shipping cost we incur (Shipping from Canada is very expensive). We never charge any handling fee on the shipping.
We will ship orders within 1 - 4 business days after receiving your payment (and payment for shipping upgrade if applicable). If you have made an adjustment request such as changing the length of your necklace chain for an item, 1 additional business day is normally needed for our designers to make the adjustment.
Packages are shipped either using Canada Post from Hamilton, Ontario of Canada or using USPS from Niagara Falls, New York of United States (Zip Code: 14304) via Chit Chats Express Inc during non-COVID19 times.
We do not ship to any parcel forwarding service.
We can only ship to the shipping address on the PayPal transaction details page of your order.
No tracking number is provided for shipping to international destinations. Delivery confirmation is available for shipping to USA for a fee.
Due to packages lost and Customs issues, we do not ship to Brazil, Bulgaria, Hungary, India, Italy, Israel, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

For USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, Belgium, Austria, Australia, The Netherlands, and Switzerland Customer: We may made special arrangement to bring your package from Canada to USA to ship from USA instead for faster delivery (if the situation allows). Orders will be shipped either via "USPS First Class" or "USPS Priority" service to USA destinations, or via USPS "First Class International" to the other countries mentioned above.
For Canada and all other International Customer: Package will be shipped from Canada via the regular shipping method from Canada Post.

The estimated delivery time to major urban centres during NON-HOLIDAY season is (excluding the time it takes to process your order):
CANADA: 2 to 21 business days (Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel, with tracking)
USA: 1.5 - 4 weeks (Small Packet USA Air, USPS First Class or USPS Priority)
INTERNATIONAL (by Small Packet International Air or USPS First Class International):
--> 2 weeks for Japan.
--> 2 - 3.5 weeks for France, The Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria.
--> 3 - 5 weeks for Australia, Malaysia, Russia, New Zealand, Germany and other EU countries.
Sometimes international orders may take longer than the above mentioned delivery time to arrive due to cross-border and customs issues that are beyond our control.
(Due to shipping issues, we no longer ship to some regions of United Kingdom effective Oct 13, 2019).
Note: All of the above delivery estimates are based the standards of the post office for major urban centres. If you live in non-major urban centres, up to 5 additional business days should be added to the expected delivery time.

Business Day is defined as Monday - Friday (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Any order placed after 3:30 pm EST / EDT is considered an order placed on the next business day.
Since Canada Post & UPS Canada do not deliver, collect, or process mails during Saturday and Sunday, if you placed an order on the weekend or if you paid for a shipping upgrade during the weekend, it is considered as an order placed on the subsequent Monday.
IN A RUSH? You can choose a faster shipping service at additional cost to speed up your order! Please request the appropriate "shipping upgrade package" during checkout. All shipping upgrade fees charged are paid in ADDITION to the normal shipping fee.
Faster shipping service to USA is available at an additional $25 - $40 USD (3 - 4 business days by Canada Post's Xpresspost USA or by USPS Priority Express).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO CANADA during Non-Holiday Season (with Tracking Number + $100 Coverage):
--> Xpresspost (2 bus day to QC/ ON, 2-4 bus days to BC / AB / SK / MB, 4 bus days to NS & other maritime provinces) --> $3 upgrade for Eastern Canada, $15 upgrade for Western Canada and Central Canada
--> Priority (2 - 3 bus day) --> $15 - $24 for Eastern Canada, $28 - $55 for Western Canada and Central Canada.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL is available for an additional $52 - $90 (3 - 8 bus. days) with tracking number to most countries via Canada Post's "Xpresspost International" service. Exception: For some countries such as Russia & Mexico, expedited shipping is only available for an additional $90.00 - $141 USD (ship via "Priority Worldwide" service).
Please note that all orders that had their shipping services upgraded will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment for shipping upgrade fees is received.
INSURANCE & COVERAGE:
For USA & International locations (excluding Canada):
Shipping coverage is not included for all USA and to international destinations. Please read the "Lost Package" section below for conditions and more details.
There is coverage up to $100 CAD for shipping to Canada. We strongly suggest the buyer to purchase insurance for $1.35 USD per $100 item value as we will not be responsible for lost packages and package damaged in transit if no insurance was purchased. Delivery confirmation is included. Signature option is available for an additional $1.70 USD.
In the event of package lost during transit or damage in transit occurred, compensation / refund will only be given if a claim is submitted to Canada Post / USPS Post office / Chit Chats Express Inc / UPS and the post office confirmed or deemed the package is lost / damaged in transit after investigation.
Canada Post, UPS, Chit Chats Express Inc, USPS (the shipping carrier) or shipping insurance provider may investigate claims for loss package and we ask for the buyers’ cooperation with the investigation (if any).
If you received an item damaged or package damaged, please keep all of the original shipping material, packaging and the damaged item until the insurance claim is settled. Please DO NOT throw them away, attempt to repair the item(s), or send them back to the sender without prior permission as it could result in voiding the insurance claim.
Cooperation from buyer for insurance claim may include photos of the damaged packaging, damaged items, and evidence if Customs has opened the package for inspection. For USA, the recipient of the package may be asked to take the damaged item & its packaging to their USPS local Post Office for inspection later.
Compensation / refund for a lost package or damaged package will only be issued after Canada Post / USPS /UPS /Chit Chats Express Inc / shipping insurance provider has deemed the package is lost. Due to the regulation of Canada Post, a lost package claim can only be filed 45 days after the item is shipped out (or 60 days in the case of international shipment shipped via Canada Post).
If buyer refuses to cooperate with the post office / shipping carrier investigation, or doesn’t respond to request for damage package photos, refuse to present the damaged parcel to their local post office / shipping carrier for inspection, or refuse to file mail theft report and/or police report when requested / required for insurance purpose, we will not refund the buyer in this case.
Unfortunately, Canada Post office does not accept claims for lost package if the item value is not declared, so we are not responsible for package lost or damaged for any item that has been marked off as "gifts". Canada Post (our shipping carrier) may investigate claims for loss package and we ask for the buyers' cooperation with the investigation (if any). Compensations for a lost package will only be issue after Canada Post has approved and have paid the compensation for the claim. The amount paid to the buyer is limited to the compensation granted by Canada Post.
Unless additional insurance after the first $100 is added, we are not responsible for lost package and item damaged in transit after the first $100 of coverage. We highly recommended that buyer adds additional insurance to his/her package if the value of their order is more than $100 (in the "Shipping Upgrade" section of the shop).
Reshipping to shipping address that have lost 1 package:
A shipping upgrade to a shipping method with tracking, full insurance, and signature confirmation on the value is mandatory for any package that is shipped to an address with history of lost package at Time In Fantasy. For Canada, the shipping upgrade can be "Xpresspost" or "Priority" or "UPS Express". For USA, the shipping upgrade is "Xpresspost USA" ($35-$40 USD). For international, shipping upgrade is "Xpresspost International" ($53- $100 USD) or "Priority Worldwide" ($90-$100 USD). "Xpresspost International" may not be available to all countries. Please check with our staff prior to placing an order. If the buyer refuses to upgrade the shipping, the order will be cancelled.
Any order or shipping address that is previously associated with a return to sender package from our store will have to be shipped with tracking at the expense of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for paying for the re-shipping with tracking (USA: $35-$40 USD, Canada: $10.50 - $15 USD, International $13 - $100 USD). We reserve the right to refuse accepting order if there are risks of a second package lost.
If a package was returned to us by the Post Office / shipping carrier because there is an error / incomplete information in the shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer failed to pick up the package from their local post office, buyer refused the package, or the buyer refused to pay for Customs fees & taxes, the buyer is responsible for and the actual cost associated with resending the package to the recipient with tracking (USA: $35 - $40 USD, Canada: $11 - $18 USD, International $13 - $100 USD). The buyer will also be billed for any return to sender fees the post office or shipping service provider charges our shop for returning the package to sender.
If the buyer of the returned mail refuses to pay for the shipping cost associated with re-sending the package, order cancellation is only granted at the discretion of the shop manager. If an order cancellation with refund is granted, both original shipping cost AND any charges the post office and shipping carrier charge us for returning the package to our shop will be deducted from the refund. Examples of return to sender fees are $5 if the package was returned via Chit Chats Express Inc, or the same cost as the actual shipping cost of the original shipment if the package was returned via Canada Post or other shipping service providers. Examples of actual shipping cost for free or regular shipping are $7 - $8 for USA, $9 - $14 for International, $11 - $18 USD for Canada.
PACKAGING (FREE GIFT BOX INCLUDED):
Each jewelry item is wrapped individually with bubble wrappers and then placed inside a gift box before putting into the thick bubble mailer. The cotton filling for your gift box is placed OUTSIDE of the gift box in the bubble mailer (we removed it to allow for securing the jewelry with bubble wrappers). Please do not throw the cotton filling away if you intent to give the jewelry item as gifts.
All packages shipped will have their actual values declared at the customs. We cannot mark off the item below value as declaring the actual value is necessary in order to be eligible the < $100 shipping insurance coverage for USA and international in case of package lost or damaged in transit.
DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS, CUSTOMS FEES:
Buyer is responsible for duties, tariffs, customs fees, and taxes. Please check duties and tariffs with your country's customs office prior to buying. Taxes & Customs fee is not included in the shipping fee we charged.
Note to United Kingdom Customer(s): If the total value of your order is higher than £15 (or £36 for gift), you may incur VAT, import fee, Customs Fee, and / or Royal Mail handling fee, etc.
Note to European Union Customer(s): If the total value of your order is higher than than €22, you may incur VAT, import fee, Customs Fee, etc.
RETURN & REFUND CONDITION(S):
1) Return Condition for Non-EU countries:
For non-EU countries, return is accepted only if the item is significantly different from that of the item description. Package not arriving in time is not considered as an acceptable reason for return or refund. Please time your order wisely.
Item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for refund. Refund payment(s) will be made after we have received your items from the mail. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
All return and refund requests for non-European Countries must be made in writing within 14 calendar days after receiving the item. Any shipping upgrades purchased for an item(s) are not refundable. Exchange for another item is not allowed. Repair service is not available.
For EU countries and UK, please see return condition below in EU return section as they are different.
2) Return Condition For European Union (EU) countries & United Kingdom Only:
Return is accepted for European Union (EU) countries and for United Kingdom (UK) within 14 days of receiving the item. EU & UK buyer must made the return request in writing. Item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for refund. Refund payment(s) will be made after we have received your items from the mail. EU & UK buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchange for another item is not allowed. Any shipping upgrade(s) purchased for an item(s) is not refundable as it is enhanced delivery. Repair service is not available.
To inform us about your intent to return the item (for EU and UK customers only), you can simply sent us an email to email@example.com or use the optional withdraw form.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping insurance associated with the return for all countries. We are not responsible for package lost associated with the return of an item. Please indicate on the shipping customs declaration that the item is a "Return Goods for Refund: Handmade Jewelry". This is really important because otherwise customs may charge us C.O.D. / Tariff. If we incurred a C.O.D. or Tariffs because the item was not labelled as Return Goods when shipped back to us, we will deduct that cost from the amount of refund you will receive.
IMPORTANT: Please do not ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL, FB Canada Express, Aramex to return the item to us because we DO NOT ACCEPT packages from these services and the package will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.
It is always the best to return an item to us by shipping via your local post office (e.g. USPS (for USA), Royal Mail (for UK), Australia Post (for Australia), Deutsche Post (for Germany), Canada Post (for Canada), La Poste (for France)), etc.
If despite our policy you decided to ship the returning item via one of the 5 forbidden return shipping services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, FB Canada Express, Aramex) and this shipping service charged additional processing fees or brokerage fees to the recipient on a return shipment at the door, the full charged amount will be deducted from the refund (depending on the services, this can charge you over $40 USD). This fee can be avoided if you ship the return item via your local post office as it generally does not charge additional processing fee to the recipient.
In the event the package is lost or damaged during the return shipment, the lost / damaged item is no longer eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless the buyer has purchased full insurance on the return package (to cover for the cost of replacing the lost / damaged item).
All items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition and the item must be WRAPPED by bubble wrappers inside its original box. Failure to wrap bubble wrappers around the item inside the box will result in a refund of only 50% the original amount paid for. Refund payments will be made after we have received your items from the mail.
Once our customer services notify the buyer the approval for the refund request, the buyer has 14 days from the day the approval notification is sent to ship the return item back to us (Please note that the return item package does NOT need to arrive at our shop within 14 days after receiving the approval notice; We only ask the buyer to send the package within 14 days).
Any shipping paid or shipping upgrades purchased for a returned item cannot be refunded.
Exchange and replacement are not allowed. Repair service is not available.
All gift certificates and shop credits are not refundable.

Want your necklace chain to be long or shorter? Tell us the length that you would like during checkout (in the message box on ArtFire checkout, not PayPal) and we will adjust it for you for free!
Want your necklace longer but you don't know what necklace chain length you want exactly? No problem, we can add additional extensions to the necklace chain free of charge! Just mentioned that in the message box during ArtFire checkout.
Please note that all adjustments are subject to an additional 1 business day of processing time. All adjustment requests must be made at checkout.
JEWELRY CARE & MATERIAL:
Our necklaces are sealed by protective lacquer to preserve the shininess. Please do not shower or swim with the necklace on as it may weaken the lacquer.
Necklace chains are made of iron & may contain nickel. Cufflinks bases are made of brass, white gold plating and/or gold plating. The watch movement portion could contain base metal, nickel, brass, copper, iron, metal alloy. If you or the gift recipient have any sensitivities or allergies to certain metals / materials including but not limiting to nickel, copper, iron, brass, we recommend to not purchase the jewelry.
All jewelries & cufflinks are designed for adults and are not suitable to be used by Children.
